Diversity at Societe Generale: a priority

The Societe Generale Group has topped the list of best-performing CAC 40 companies in terms of diversity. With its 163,000 employees, the Group counts 122 different nationalities, of which 60% are women and 40% are managers. To develop diversity, the Group has been launching over the past few years concrete initiatives that  are listed here in this focus.
